At Monet Crystal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry or accessories in their original Monet Crystal velvet box and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
